定义

又称“赞比亚社会主义”。指赞比亚联合民族独立党主席、国家总统K·D·卡翁达倡导的以人道主义哲学为思想基础的一种社会主义理论，是非洲村社社会主义的一种模式（汝信，1988：1156）。卡翁达从基督教哲学出发，主张以人道主义为中心，在赞比亚实行社会主义，他把基督教的教义、人道主义、资产阶级民主主义、英国工党的社会主义以及非洲民族主义糅合在一起，形成了人道社会主义的理论基础，在《走向人道主义的赞比亚道路》一书中，提出人道主义的社会主义这一概念（高放，1988：204）。主要内容是：第一，把基督教有关平等、博爱、忍耐、互助，甘地的非暴力原则，以及“民有、民治、民享”等原则，作为其社会主义的重要原则。第二，认为一党制有利于国家的统一，主张通过人道的非暴力的投票方式击败反对党，实现一党统治。“联合民族独立党已经成为一个非常强有力的组织，因为它的每个党员诚实、正派和不倦地尽自己的力量；而且因为我们的政府是建立在人道主义的原则上的”（K·D·卡翁达，1976：149）。第三，主张对国家资源实行国有化，但主要形式是半国有化，即国家资本和外国资本合营的形式。合营企业的实际权力仍然操纵在外国人的手中。第四，为使全体居民机会均等、福利均等，主张实行计划经济，使生产多样化，以社会主义的手段消灭贫困和人剥削人的现象，缩小城乡差别。他强调人道主义思想的基石在于分配和财富的处置。第五，对外实行中立不结盟政策，力求得到东方和西方的援助（高放，1988：204）。
