定义

真正的对立即没有矛盾的对立，该理论最早是由德国哲学家康德提出来的。康德认为，或者是逻辑的包含矛盾，或者是真正的没有矛盾，在一个真正的对立中相互对立的决定要素中的一方永远也不能是另一方的矛盾的相反物。后来，意大利哲学家沃尔佩曾借用康德“真正的对立”概念来论证“真正的对立”和“矛盾的对立”的区别。沃尔佩认为，逻辑矛盾和物质对立是两回事，而黑格尔恰恰将逻辑上的东西和事实上的东西混淆了。沃尔佩还认为，辩证唯物主义所阐述的现实世界中的“矛盾”的东西才是一种“真正的对立”，即非矛盾的对立。在沃尔佩之后，哲学家科莱蒂曾展开了区分“矛盾的对立”和“真正的对立”的问题的各个方面，并提出要在康德的“真正的对立论”基础上系统地建立新的辩证法理论。科莱蒂认为“真正的对立”和“矛盾的对立”区别在于：“前者可用A与B表示；后者可用A与—A表示。A与B这互相对立的双方都是实在的，都为自己而存在，A没有B不会失去存在条件和具体意义，B没有A也依然有意义。A与-A则是统一体中的对立双方不能独立存在，一方离开另一方都不复存在。”（金炳华，2003：959）科莱蒂揭示了“真正的对立”是现实世界中客观存在的东西，而“矛盾的对立”只存在于逻辑之中，它是人思想客观的即真正的对立的工具，并赞扬列宁和毛泽东都曾遵循正确的路线前进。
