定义

资本主义各国最大垄断组织根据协定而结成的国际性经济同盟。这是超出一国界限的超级垄断。国际垄断同盟的建立标志着资本集中和生产集中的更高阶段，是发展到超越国家界限的垄断组织。它是在国内市场和原料产地瓜分完毕、垄断组织竭力争夺国外市场和原料产地的剧烈斗争中形成的（黄汉江，1990. via：http://kns.cnki.net/kns/brief/Default_Result.aspx?code=CRPD&kw=%e5%9b%bd%e9%99%85%e5%9e%84%e6%96%ad%e5%90%8c%e7%9b%9f&korder=0&sel=1）。
