定义

商品价值，是凝结在商品中的无差别的人类劳动力或抽象的劳动力。它是商品的基本因素之一。具有不同使用价值的商品之所以能按一定的比例相互交换，是因为它们之间存在着某种共同的、可以比较的东西。这种共同的、可以比较的东西就是商品生产中的无差别的人类抽象劳动。无差别的人类抽象劳动凝结在商品中，就形成了商品的价值。而商品的价值是由生产该商品的社会必要劳动时间决定的（商品价值.via：http://baike.baidu.com/item/%E5%95%86%E5%93%81%E4%BB%B7%E5%80%BC?sefr=ps）。商品价值的质就是凝结在商品中的一般人类劳动，这种劳动在商品经济条件下表现为抽象劳动；商品价值的量就是商品中所蕴含的抽象劳动量的多少，它是由社会必要劳动时间决定的。分析商品价值的质和量，必须从分析商品的二因素入手（沈爱华等，2013：20）。价值形式就是商品价值的表现形式，也就是交换价值（沈爱华等，2013：29）。
