伊万·安德列耶维奇·克雷洛夫（1769年2月13日—1844年11月21日）,俄国人，世界著名的寓言家、作家。代表作有：《大炮和风帆》《剃刀》《鹰与鸡》《快乐歌声》《受宠的象》等等(克雷洛夫via：http://baike.baidu.com/link?url=DbD-L0Z22aWXHSjtA6rZ2uazYciT_3c43J8kjHASmfWdV3DJIUhewml9KWwMQVk6z0qsxjPFpD-fDSfk9LP007Az2U5KDbt1UhgnmkBPP6sUrgS7BeAcd1CyRKjO2r4B)。克雷洛夫生于莫斯科清寒的军医家庭。少年丧父，早操生业。1782年迁居彼得堡，相继完成若干部讽刺都市生活空虚和放荡的喜剧作品。1789年创办《精灵邮报》，1792年与人合办《观察家》，二者先后被勒令停刊。1794至1801年间游历外省，创作了滑稽剧《特鲁姆弗》(又名《波德希巴》)，讽刺宫廷内外的德国热。1806年回到彼得堡，开始创作寓言以及喜剧。1812年起在公共图书馆任职近30年。1809至1843年间创作了200多篇诗体寓言。这些寓言取材于伊索寓言及拉封丹寓言、俄国民间故事及日常生活，大多讽刺俄国社会政治生活、日常生活、精神生活及道德伦理方面的落后、鄙陋、丑恶龌龊现象。寓言有对权贵们滥施淫威、残忍贪婪本性的揭露，如《狮子出猎》、《兽类瘟疫》等，有对奴才们为虎作伥、狐假虎威丑态的亮相，如《兔子出猎》，有对执法者贪赃枉法、错勘贤愚行径的嘲讽，如《梭鱼》、《农夫和河》，也有对庸人们尔虞我诈、庸俗鄙薄行为的讥笑，如《狗的友谊》、《杰米扬的鱼汤》，有些则包含着一定的哲理，如《天鹅、梭鱼和龙虾》。1812年前后还创作了《狼落狗窝》等作品，从道义上声援了当时的反法斗争。克雷洛夫在发展俄罗斯民族文学方面对普希金、果戈理和谢德林产生了良好影响（孙鼎国,1991：327）。
