定义

国家资本主义指与国家政权相结合，由国家掌握和控制的一种资本主义经济。“国家资本主义”一词最早见诸于列宁在1917年9月写的文章《大祸临头及防止之法》。由于书是苏联1947年外文出版局印的，这个名称可能和后来的文章名字略有出入。国家资本主义的性质和作用决定于国家的性质：在资本主义国家里，国家资本主义为国家所承认并受国家监督，实际上就是国家垄断资本主义，是为资产阶级统治服务的，是变相的私人资本主义（via: http://book.duxiu.com/EncyDetail.jsp?dxid=900015112062&d=972354C61A0A1CDBAFBF5714A84D11F4）。在中国历史上，四大家族官僚资本和大地主大资产阶级国家政权结合在一起，形成了封建的、买办的、垄断的国家资本主义。“新中国成立后，对资本主义工商业实行社会主义改造时期，国家资本主义是在无产阶级国家的管理之下的，用各种形式和国营社会主义经济联系着，并受工人监督的经济。国家资本主义在中国是‘改造资本主义工商业和逐步完成社会主义过渡的必要之路’”（via: http://book.duxiu.com/EncyDetail.jsp?dxid=900008970290&d=68CE2C10C8347DD41B82E7B7FF55BA7F）。按照资本主义工商业同国营经济联系的程度以及社会主义因素的作用，中国的国家资本主义又区分为初级形式和高级形式。初级形式的国家资本主义指在工业中有收购产品、加工订货、统购包销；商业中有经销代销、代购代销等。高级形式的国家资本主义包括单个企业公私合营和全行业公私合营。通过这些国家资本主义形式，把我国的资本主义工商业逐步改造为社会主义公有制经济（via: http://book.duxiu.com/EncyDetail.jsp?dxid=900006232905&d=A298A1DD85518486470C6E23A1145D89）。现阶段，我国和外国资本家合作经营的企业也属于国家资本主义性质。
