拉康•雅克（1901—1981），法国作家、学者、精神分析学家，也被认为是结构主义者。1901年4月3日拉康出生在巴黎第三区一个富商的家庭。早年，拉康曾求学于耶稣教会管理的斯坦尼斯拉斯中学古典班，在那里熟习了希腊文、拉丁文和数学。1919年秋，拉康进入巴黎大学医学院学习精神分析学。他在学习医学的同时广泛地涉猎文学、哲学和超现实主义的作品，并开始与布列东、阿拉贡、恩斯特等文学家艺术家来往，接受当时法国最前卫的人文科学思想。1927到1928年，拉康从医学院毕业，成为巴黎圣安娜医院的精神病所住院医生。1932年拉康撰写并答辩通过了他的博士论文《论偏执狂精神病与个性的关系》，该论文于1975年由巴黎瑟宜出版社出版。1933年他开始进行精神分析的诊疗实践，成为主治医师。同年11月，年轻的拉康正式加入巴黎精神分析学会，成为真正意义上的精神分析研究者（贺云飞，2008：3-4）。拉康对结构主义语言学具有浓厚的兴趣，试图超出结构语言学的界限，创造性地把对于人的精神分析同语言的运用联结起来，并结合符号学和后结构主义的话语理论对弗洛伊德的理论进行重新诠释，创建了结构主义的精神分析学（黄柏刚，2013：68）。拉康的精神分析理论有很多，包括对无意识的追问、对镜像的阐释、对俄狄浦斯情结的细化、对主体生成阶段的分层等等。
