定义

政治结构，指一定社会中人们政治关系的总和，是政治系统内相关角色或人群之间固定化关系的一种相对稳定的形式。政治结构的核心是统治阶级和被统治阶级之间的关系，除此之外还包括各等级之间的关系、各民族之间的关系以及各政治派别之间的关系。政党组织和社会团体之间的关系，一个国家的中央政权机关和地方政权机关之间的关系，都可以看成是一种政治结构。政治结构“具体表现为各阶级、民族、政治派别在政治上所处的地位和在法律上享有的权利，通常都在宪法中作出明确的规定”（金炳华，2003：311）。政治体制是政治结构的具体形式，按照阶级属性、国家结构、历史条件和民族传统等的不同，可以划分多种不同的体制，包括君主独裁制、君主立宪制、民主共和制、单一制、联邦制等等。中国实行民主集中制的人民代表大会制，并实行中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度，按国家结构来划分，是单一制的政治结构。政治体系是由相互联系的政治角色组成的，每一个政治体系都有大量的政治结构，如政府的行政结构、司法结构，非政府的政党结构、利益集团结构、政治文化结构等。不同层次的政治结构，都具有特定的政治功能，各种政治结构协调一致，发挥政治功能，实现对国家政治活动过程的有效管理，保证国家机器的正常运转。一定社会的政治结构，反映该社会的经济结构，对于维护统治阶级的经济利益、确保统治秩序、保障国家稳定发展具有重要意义。
