《晋察冀日报》，1937年12月11日由晋察冀军区出版，原名《抗敌报》。1938年8月改由晋察冀边区出版，成为中共晋察冀边区党委机关报。1941年11月，《抗敌报》改名为《晋察冀日报》，邓拓任社长兼总编。1948年6月14日，《晋察冀日报》在平山县里庄村发表终刊启事。从1937年12月11日创刊至终刊，共10年6个月零3天，出版报纸2,854期。1948年6月15日，《晋察冀日报》和邯郸市晋冀鲁豫《人民日报》合并而成华北局《人民日报》。
