反思前的我思，法国萨特用语。指客体与主体没有分裂的纯粹意识。认为一切意识按其基本性质来说都是自我意识，即我思。我思可分为两类，一为反思的我思，它把世界或自我作为对象，形成客体与主体的分裂。另一为反思前的我思，在这种情况下，自我没有设定一个客观的对象，也没有把自身设定为对象，主体与客体还浑然一体，没有主体与客体之间的对立。它是一种清除了客观的认识内容，主体清除了它的对象的纯粹意识。认为反思前的我思是一种原始的意识，它证明意识是非实体的、无内容的，是意识自己设定一个对象作为它自己的对象或内容。（冯契等，2000：101）
“反思前的我思”是萨特意识本体论的论域，也是其自由论哲学的根基。准确理解“反思前的我思”对于正确把握萨特的哲学体系具有毋庸置疑的重要性。“反思前的我思”之确切涵义是共在一体的自身意识与对象意识。“反思前的我思”具有现象与存在同一、非主客对立和在世存在三个基本特征。但是，学界对于“反思前的我思”的理解却甚为分歧：有些学者主张“反思前的我思”只是自身意识，也有人认为它只是对象意识。（赵中华，2006:1）
