海峡两岸经济合作框架协议，原称为两岸综合性经济合作协定或称两岸综合经济合作协定。海峡两岸经济合作框架协议第一次两会专家工作商谈于2010年1月26日在北京举行。中国大陆由海协会常务副会长郑立中带队，台湾方面则由海基会副董事长高孔廉带队，成员还包括双方相关经济主管部门的人员。双方就海峡两岸经济合作框架协议的名称、基本结构、建立商谈工作机制等问题交换了意见。2010年6月29日，两岸两会领导人签订合作协议。2010年8月17日，台湾立法机构通过《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》（海峡两岸经济合作框架协议.via：
