定义

资本社会化是指随着生产和管理的社会化，资本也日益采取社会化的形式。股份资本、国家资本等社会资本形式得到普遍的发展，在社会总资本中的比重越来越大。股份资本是资本家的集体所有制，是资本社会化的初级形式。随着生产社会化的进一步发展，少数控制生产和市场的大股份公司进一步发展成为私人垄断资本。私人垄断资本是资本的集团所有形式，是资本社会化的较高形式。资本的社会化具有以下几个特征：（1）资本积累方式的社会化。股份公司通过发行股票的方式在社会范围内筹集资本，通过联合的形式把分散的小额资本迅速集中起来发展为大资本，克服了单个资本主要依靠内部积聚的方式进行资本积累的局限性。（2）资本占有方式的社会化。在股份公司中，单个资本的所有权转化为了集体资本的所有权，单个资本变成了社会资本。与此同时，资本的所有权被分解为股权与法人财产权二重形态，私人所有者对于企业的支配地位下降，而主要体现为一种收益权；与股东的最终所有权相区别的企业法人财产权的地位日益重要，虽然这并不是对生产资料私有制的否定，但它在一定程度上扬弃了资本所有权的个人性质，具有了明显的社会化性质。（3）资本生产方式的社会化。股份资本与单个资本相比，可以在更大程度上适应生产社会化或集中化的要求，推动劳动过程中分工协作的发展和科学技术的发明和运用，使生产社会化水平发展到一个新的更高的阶段。（4）资本管理职能的社会化。在股份公司中，资本的所有权与管理权分离了，资本的管理职能从资本的私人所有者手中转移到了普通的职业化的经理人员手中，资本的管理职能日益社会化。（资本社会化.via:
