定义

公民道德实践活动（the citizens’ moral practice）是指社会主义公民道德建设的社会实践活动。中共中央颁布的《公民道德建设实施纲要》指出：“公民道德建设的过程，是教育和实践相结合的过程。以活动为载体，吸引群众普遍参与，是新形势下加强公民道德建设的重要途径。”公民道德建设以活动为载体，是指党和政府为达到提高全体公民道德水平的目的，以人民群众为主体，通过开展活动的方法而进行的思想道德教育。公民道德实践活动的形式是多种多样的：第一，以“讲文明，树新风”为主题的创建文明城市、文明村镇、文明行业活动。第二，各级党政机关开展的创先争优、依法行政、公正执法，做人民满意的公务员活动。第三,社会各界的“希望工程”、“送温暖”、“幸福工程”、“扶残助残”等公益活动。第四，发现和树立可亲、可敬、可学和可信的道德楷模，广泛开展向先进典型学习的活动。第五，利用革命节日、国际性节日、民间传统节日和历史事件，历史人物纪念日等，举行形式多样的群众性庆祝和纪念活动；第六，开展必要的礼仪、礼节、礼貌活动等；通过丰富多样的活动形式，吸引广大干部群众踊跃参加，让他们在活动中进行心灵的沟通和思想的交流，激发他们团结协作、无私奉献、奋发向上、争创一流的精神，使他们逐步养成良好的道德习惯，提高道德修养，从而促进社会主义公民道德建设，增强全社会的凝聚力（江川县史志办公室，2009：137）。
