《在马克思主义旗帜下》是俄国共产党（布尔什维克）中央主办的哲学社会科学理论刊物。1922年1月创刊，是原苏联最早的马克思主义理论阵地。1922年第3期发表了列宁的著名论文《论战斗唯物主义的意义》。列宁的论文为该刊规定了基本纲领：形成共产党员和非党员唯物主义者的联盟以及唯物主义者与现代自然科学家的联盟，同形形色色的唯心主义和宗教作斗争，宣传无神论；继承和发扬哲学史上唯物主义的优秀传统，研究、解释、宣传黑格尔辩证法。该刊物的创建，是俄共反击反马克思主义力量的重要措施。1926—1930年杂志编委会由德波林派控制，30年代在批判德波林运动中编委会改组，1944年根据斯大林指示停刊。刊物设有列宁和列宁主义、辩证唯物主义哲学的迫切问题及历史唯物主义、唯物主义史、社会主义史等栏目，还发表大量政治经济学、艺术、文学、自然科学方面的文章，登载过马克思和恩格斯的论著。在1944年以前的苏联哲学发展史中，起了重要作用（李淮春，1996：814）。
