阿波罗精神，德国尼采用语，在《悲剧的诞生》（1871）中提出，指把世界当做美丽的梦幻来欣赏的日神精神。尼采认为艺术的连续发展与日神和酒神的二元性分不开。日神阿波罗是希腊艺术的两位守护神之一。日神代表的是一种梦幻世界，她的美丽形象只在梦中出现于人们的灵魂面前，使人把世界当作梦境来欣赏。梦幻世界的美丽面貌成了一切造型艺术的先决条件，使造型艺术得以产生。日神是造型能力和预言之神，日神精神与酒神精神不断冲突，调和产生希腊悲剧（朱立元，2014：42）。
