定义

社会经济规律同自然规律一样，都是客观过程的内在的联系，具有客观必然性，是不依赖人的意志为转移的。不管人们主观上是否认识经济规律，它总是客观存在和必然发生作用的。列宁说：“马克思把社会运动看做服从于一定规律的自然历史过程，这些规律不仅不以人们的意志、意识和愿望为转移，反而决定人们的意志、意识和愿望”(《列宁选集》第1卷，第33页)。有什么样的经济条件，就会相应地产生什么样的经济规律。人们只能够发现、认识和利用经济规律，但是不能创造、改造和消灭经济规律。例如，生产关系一定要适合生产力状况的经济规律的作用，当它同衰朽的剥削阶级的狭隘的阶级利益相冲突的，衰朽的剥削阶级会用一切办法来抗拒先进阶级对这一经济规律的利用，但是不管他们的主观意志如何,这一经济规律毕竟存在和发生作用,并且终究是要实现自己的要求的。
　在社会主义条件下，人们也不能违反客观存在的经济规律,即使是极小的违反,也只会引起混乱，从而对社会经济的发展和劳动人民的经济利益带来损害。社会主义国家虽然有巨大的经济作用，但是它也不能创造、改造或消灭经济规律，相反，仅仅是因为它依靠了客观经济规律，才能发挥社会主义国家的特殊作用，胜利地完成消灭剥削制度、建设社会主义经济的任务。在社会主义制度下，否认经济规律的客观性，就会使人们陷身于混乱和偶然性的王国，处在奴隶似地依赖于这些偶然性的地位，失去了解事物的可能性，无法在这些偶然性的混乱中找出头绪来。同时，在社会主义制度下否认了经济规律的客观性，还会导致取消社会主义政治经济学这门科学，从而就没有可能预见经济生活中事变的进程,就没有可能领导好经济工作。总之，否认社会主义经济规律的客观性，就会受唯意志论和经济冒险主义的任意摆布，直到遭受经济规律的惩罚，而给人们带来严重的灾难（经济规律.via：http://wiki.mbalib.com/wiki/%E7%BB%8F%E6%B5%8E%E8%A7%84%E5%BE%8B）
