定义

非道德行为亦称“非伦理行为”，指一切不受道德意识支配的、不涉及他人或社会利益的行为。它不具有道德意义，且不能对之进行善恶评价，例如读书、个人正常的饮食起居、无知幼儿的胡乱作为、不具有正常理智的人的行为等。“人的行为，具有复杂的表现形式和多样的层次结构，在复杂的行为中，有的具有道德意义，有的不具有道德意义。伦理学注重研究人们的道德行为，故将人们的行为区分为道德行为和非道德行为。道德行为包括道德的行为和不道德的行为。非道德行为是与道德行为相对应的概念。因而，非道德行为并不等同于不道德的行为”。（徐少锦，1999：696）道德行为与非道德行为的界限不是绝对的，随着历史进程的发展，一些非道德行为产生了道德意义而演化为道德行为，同样又有一些道德行为因丧失道德意义而成为非道德行为。有些行为在一种条件下，不具有道德意义；在另一种条件下，就可能具有道德意义。同时，由于人们所处的社会地位有差别，对道德行为和非道德行为的判定也有差别。（黄楠森等，1993：722）把本来具有道德意义的行为视做非道德行为，就不能有效地发挥道德的规范作用；相反，有时一些陈腐的落后的道德观念也会对已经失去道德意义的行为进行所谓道德的责难，以致阻碍社会的进步与发展。
