定义

思维形式的辩证法是辩证逻辑的基本内容之一。是指发生于理性认识阶段的概念、判断、推理等思维形式的形成、变化和发展，以及各种思维形式之间内在联结、相互转化或推演的辩证关系。包括概念的辩证法、判断的辩证法和推理的辩证法。是客观辩证法的反映，但又不同于客观辩证法。它通过概念、判断、推理的辩证运动而显示人类思维发展的一般进程。对思维形式辩证法的研究，有助于探明认识客观真理的途径。辩证逻辑系统而集中地研究思维形式的辩证法。人们根据辩证逻辑的研究成果，认识并把握了思维形式的辩证法，就能自觉地进行辩证思维。形式逻辑研究思维形式的结构及其有效性的规则，辩证逻辑则在揭示客观现实的辩证运动中研究思维形式的形成及其发展的规律性。辩证逻辑这门学科的一项主要任务就在于探讨思维形式的辩证运动（金炳华，2003：587）。
