定义

辩证思维的基本规律是指贯穿于概念、判断、推理等辩证思维形式发展变化全过程的规律，是客观世界对立统一关系在思维中的反映（金炳华等，2001：92）。“辩证思维的基本规律是存在于辩证思维过程中的本质联系，即概念、判断、推理思维形式在反映客观世界的发展变化时体现出来的必然的、稳定的、基本的联系”（王革，1990：282）。辩证思维的基本规律与唯物辩证法的基本规律既有联系又有区别。它是唯物辩证法的基本规律在思维中的表现。辩证思维的基本规律虽然受着唯物辩证法的基本规律的制约，但是它却具有自己的特殊的表现形式，表现为从抽象同一的思维走向具体同一的思维的发展（金炳华等，2001：92）。“辩证思维的基本规律包括同异对立统一思维律、层次递进思维律、反复深化思维律等。他们反映了思维认识客观世界的规律性，组成了相对完整的辩证思维基本规律体系。在这个体系中，同异对立统一思维律是辩证思维的根本规律，因为它揭示了全部辩证思维过程的实质，是其他辩证思维基本规律的核心”（李红革，2009：123）。
