定义

道德活动，也称“道德实践”，指在一定的道德意识指导下有目的的社会活动。道德活动包括道德行为、道德评价、道德教育、道德修养以及其他具有善恶价值并应承担道德责任的活动。道德活动既是一定社会或阶级的道德意识、道德原则和规范的具体体现和贯彻，又是这些道德意识、道德原则和规范形成或完善的实践基础。就活动主体而言，道德活动区分为社会道德活动和个人道德活动。此外根据一定的道德体系和道德理想对人们所进行的道德教育、道德修养和对社会行为是非善恶的辨别等，也是道德活动的表现形式。“道德活动的本质特征是由活动和道德两者内在矛盾的特殊性整合而成的，具体表现为：实践精神性、利益价值性、情理交融性”（施承成，2014：16）。道德活动同其他任何活动一样，有着自己发生发展的规律。从表面上看，道德活动都是具体的、个别的，有着各自的动机和目的、过程和方向，似乎很难把握住其发展的规律。其实，道德活动作为人类活动的一个方面，具有不可否认的规律性。道德活动的历史发展是从个人的朴素情感、直观认识和简单行为开始的，循着越来越丰富、理智、内在、复杂和能动的过程不断变化，最终成为人类自我完善的一种重要方式（寇立河，2000：85）。
