“所谓创新文化是指在一定的社会历史条件下，在创新及创新管理活动中所创造和形成的具有特色的创新精神财富以及创新物质形态的综合”，创新文化包括创新价值观、创新准则、创新制度和规范、创新物质文化环境等（创新文化（概述）. via:
