德国费尔巴哈著。1839年发表在《德国科学和艺术哈雷年鉴》上。宣布与黑格尔唯心主义彻底决裂，转向唯物主义。指出黑格尔哲学超过以前一切哲学，但它只是一个时代的产物，是处在一定的思维阶段上，是一种有限的特殊的哲学，并不是哲学理念的绝对现实性。（金炳华，2003：45）费尔巴哈认为，哲学是关于真实自然的科学。哲学应当从现实的存在开始。因为感性事物的实在性，是一个可以用我们的鲜血来盖图章担保的真理。而黑格尔却利用语言表达一般的特性，通过语言的把戏，否定感性事物的实在性，以存在的概念或抽象的存在作为哲学的开端，并以之为基础建立起庞大的、严密而完整的哲学体系，成为德国思辨哲学发展的顶峰。但是，作为黑格尔哲学出发点的存在是不真实的、想象出来的存在，是空的思维，是无。从思维派生存在，从无创造世界，也就是把荒诞不经的东西当作可能的和可信的东西。黑格尔同I.康德、J.G.费希特和F.W.J.谢林一样，都把第一性的东西、自然的根据和原因抛在一边，而把仔细看来是极度可疑的东西、第二性的东西当作第一性的东西。虽然黑格尔把主观和客观的统一、思维和存在的同一当作自己哲学的基础，但唯心主义的解决方式，使它在黑格尔那里成了一个既不产生效果，又是一个有害的原则。费尔巴哈在这篇论文中还提出:人是自然的产物;回到自然，过顺应自然的生活是人的幸福所在；哲学的最高原则是人的本质。这就为人本学的继续阐发奠立了基础。（《黑格尔哲学批判》.via:http://www.baike.com/wiki/%E3%80%8A%E9%BB%91%E6%A0%BC%E5%B0%94%E5%93%B2%E5%AD%A6%E6%89%B9%E5%88%A4%E3%80%8B）
　费尔巴哈认为，黑格尔哲学是最完备的体系，是一个有开端和终结的封闭的圆圈，它不是一直前进到无限的东西。认为黑格尔逻辑学概念发展过程是一个必然的过程，但其基础只是显示出来的思想与内在思想的关系。黑格尔逻辑学从“纯存在”开始，而不是从现实的存在开始。强调“存在”的对立面并不是无，而是感性的具体存在，感性存在否定逻辑上的存在。该书还批判了康德、费希特、谢林的哲学，阐述了唯物主义思想。结束了唯心主义在德国的统治，恢复了唯物主义的权威，为理论思维的发展开辟了道路。（金炳华，2003：45）
