十二使徒亦称十二门徒，基督教术语，指的是耶稣开始传道后从追随者中挑选的十二个作为传教助手的门徒。他们分别是彼得、安德烈、西庇太之子雅各、约翰、腓力、巴多罗买、多马、马太、亚勒腓之子雅各、达太、西门、加略人犹大。犹大因出卖耶稣后自尽，补选马提亚为使徒。他们是历史上最早的传教士。
