定义

命运共同体有两种含义：（1）指通过企业内部分配制度的改革，把职工所得同企业经济效益挂钩而形成的职工与企业同命运的关系。例如，从而调动了大多数职工的生产积极性，形成了职工与企业的“命运共同体”（ 韩明安，1991：329）。（2）指中国政府反复强调的关于人类社会的新理念。2011年9月《中国的和平发展》白皮书中第一次给“命运共同体”一词在和平发展时期赋予新涵义，指出“经济全球化成为影响国际关系的重要趋势。不同制度、不同类型、不同发展阶段的国家相互依存、利益交融，形成‘你中有我、我中有你’的命运共同体”。“要以命运共同体的新视角，以同舟共济、合作共赢的新理念，寻求多元文明交流互鉴的新局面，寻求人类共同利益和共同价值的新内涵，寻求各国合作应对多样化挑战和实现包容性发展的新道路”。人类命运共同体这一全球价值观包含相互依存的国际权力观、共同利益观、可持续发展观和全球治理观。习近平在《坚持总体国家安全观，走中国特色国家安全道路》一文中指出：“既重视自身安全，又重视共同安全，打造命运共同体，推动各方朝着互利互惠、共同安全的目标相向而行”（习近平，2014：201）。所谓命运共同体，是指存在着诸多差异的国家、民族所组成的命运攸关、利益相连、相互依存的国家集合体。习近平在《顺应时代前进潮流，促进世界和平发展》一文中指出：“这个世界，各国相互联系、相互依存的程度空前加深，人类生活在同一个地球村里，生活在历史和现实交汇的同一个时空里，越来越成为你中有我、我中有你的命运共同体”（习近平，2014：272）。命运共同体思想包含着差异观和统一观两方面的基本内容，各国存在差异要互相尊重、民主协商、互相倾听彼此的声音；命运共同体说到底是利益共同体，各国要荣辱与共，在追求本国利益时兼顾他国合理关切，在谋求本国发展中促进各国共同发展。“命运共同体”思想是指导中国进行国际交往、处理国际事务、建构国际新秩序的基本的主张。着眼的是人类的整体利益，不仅有助于克服和解决当今日趋严重的全球性问题，有助于推动世界各国的共同繁荣和进步，重要的是，倡导并积极建构命运共同体，能把中国置于一种和平安稳的国际环境之中，从而为中国的科学发展和中国的崛起提供极其有利的外部条件（“命运共同体”：一种新的国际观.via：http://theory.people.com.cn/n/2015/0608/c40531-27118060.html）。
