| 释义 | in the journey of certificates making “人在证途”显然是根据“人在征途（in life's journey）”的谐音造出来的。2014年2月19日的广州市两会政协各界别委员座谈会上，市政协委员曹志伟说一个人一生要办400多个证，常见的有103个。他还显示了一张自己制作的、长达3 .8米的“人在证（征）途”图。此图引起了人们极大的兴趣。曹志伟将这103种证件分为六类。他指出，办这些证件需经过18个部委局办（department, commission, bureau, and office），39个处室、中心、支队和所审批，盖100多个章，并需缴费。 一个人在娘胎里就需要办理的准生证（pregnancy permit），然后要办出生证、疫苗接种证（vaccination certificate）、户口本（residence booklet）、身份证（id card）、学生证（student card），毕业文凭（graduation diploma），还有学位证（academic degree certificate）、准考证（examination pass）、考级证书（grading examination certificate），就业还有就业证、社保卡（social security card）、医保卡（medical insurance card）、工作证（employee's card; work permit）、出入证（pass）、通行证（pass check）、居住证（residence permit）、职称证、职业资格证（professional/vocational/job qualification certificate）、营业证（business registration certificate）、卫生许可证（hygiene/health license）、驾驶证（driving license）、进出口许可证（import and export license）等，结婚当然要结婚证，离婚要离婚证，出国还要护照（passport）、黄皮书（yellow book，即vaccination certificate）。退休了有退休证（retirement certificate）、老人证（courtesy card for the senior），死了还要办火化证（cremation certificate）、死亡证明（death certificate）、骨灰存放证（ashes storage certificate）等。 曹志伟建议，打破行政壁垒（break administrative barriers），建立公民信息大数据库网，构建现代化的治理体系，一证行天下。 |
