| 释义 | naked officials “裸官”指配偶和子女非因工作需要均在国（境）外定居，或加入外国国籍，或取得国（境）外永久居留权的公职人员，不少“裸官”还将钱都存到外国银行。 有人把“裸官”称为“外逃预备队（reservists to flee abroad）”。还有人将“裸官”外逃的模式总结为“三部曲（trilogy）”：人走（家属出国）、庙走（财产转移）、和尚走（贪官外逃）。 中央巡视组在2014年2月26日公布的巡视反馈情况中首次提及“一些地方‘裸官’问题突出（The problem of "naked official" is grave）”。 很多英文媒体在naked officials后加上those whose family members have all gone abroad；with assets and family members halfway (or further) out of the country，也有用ready-to-flee "naked officials"，将“裸官”的含意说得清楚一些。但是有媒体译为halfway (or further) out of the country就比较费解。 |
