科学技术化为现代科学发展的重要趋势之一。指现代科学技术基础理论的研究已经越来越离不开现代技术的支持。科学技术化的主要表现为：现代科学活动离不开复杂的技术装备和技术手段，离不开技术人员的合作和支持，科学与技术的界限也变得越来越模糊了（余源培，2009：346）。
