定义

感官世界亦称感觉世界、感性世界、可感世界、经验世界。古希腊哲学用语。原子论者德谟克里特和伊壁鸠鲁等认为，感官世界是唯一的真实实在，是认识和真理的源泉。柏拉图则在感官世界之前另行设置了一个理念世界，从理念世界派生出感官世界，它处于永恒运动、变化、生灭过程中，存在而非实在，是感性认识的对象、意见的源泉，属于一般人所有。感官世界的摹本是影像世界，它是想象的对象，和实在的理念世界“隔着三层”。亚里士多德认为，只有感官世界中个别可感物才是真实实在，是感性认识的对象（冯契等，2008：64）。
