定义

超我，又可译为“超自我”。它在弗洛伊德人格结构理论中指人格结构中的道德良心和自我理想部分。“弗洛伊德认为，‘自我’力图从现实出发约束‘本我’的本能冲动。‘超我’的作用在于检查‘自我’是否能有效地控制‘本我’，并规定‘自我’所必须遵守的行为规则。若‘自我’不执行，则使其产生强烈的自卑感和犯罪感，以示惩罚。因此，‘自我’应该顺从‘超我的绝对命令’”（金炳华等，2001：150）。我国学者唐震在其著作《接受与选择》中认为“超我”具有五大特征：超我是自我发展的最高阶段，超我是孤独的我，超我是博爱的我，超我是信仰中的我，超我是完善的我。超我是自我发展的最高阶段是指由于对象是源源不断的，“我”就是生生不息的，自我总是在新的内容的充实之下不断地改变自己，自我发展为本我，进而实现人生境界的超越和发展。超我是孤独的我是指超我不具有普遍性，它是个别的超乎普遍自我的“我”的状态，它没有同类，缺乏知音，因此在一定意义上说是孤独的。超我是博爱的我是指它是摆脱小我后的大爱，它较全面地认识了自己，它爱所有的对象，并愿意奉献给所有对象。超我是信仰中的我是指处在个体信仰状态中的个体是超我的，在一定程度上可以说是信仰的代表者，并在世界范围内传播真理。超我是完善的我是指从个体对象追求的属性中，个体所有者都以此作为自己的最高追求目标，因而超我是完善我的开始（超我.via：http://www.baike.com/wiki/超我）。
