Saddharma Pundarika Sutra

定义

佛教经典，谓释迦牟尼成佛以来，寿命无限，为了给众生开示悟入涅槃智慧，宣说三乘归一之微妙法，并给诸声闻授记。凡护持诵读书写此者，均有无量无边功德。

A Buddhist classic, saying since the enlightenment of Shakyamuni, with an infinite life, he propagated the Saddharma(the wonderful method) of integrating the “three vehicles” and gave the hearers Vyakarana(the foretelling by the Buddha) in order to show all living beings the wisdom of Nirvana(separation from life and death). It is supremely meritorious for disciples to hold and chant this Sutra.
