| 释义 | the new "24 Guidelines for Filial Piety" 俗话说“百善孝为先”。（Filial piety ranks number one in a hundred expression of kindness）元代郭居敬编的《二十四孝》（The 24 Exemplary Stories of Filial Piety）流传了600多年，对中国文化有深远的影响，“孝（filial piety）”是长期形成的中华民族传统美德，是宝贵精神财富。提倡新时代有新含义的“孝”是构建和谐社会不可或缺的重要元素。2012年8月13日，全国妇联老龄工作协调办（Office on Aging under the All-China Women's Federation）、全国老龄办（National Committee on Aging）、全国心系系列活动组委会（National Organization Committee of Concerning Activities，英国《每日电讯报》译为My Heart With Old People Project）共同发布新版“二十四孝”行动标准（action standards）。传统孝道中有很多带有封建色彩、要求子女凡事都要顺从父母意愿等与时代违背、当代年轻人无法认同的内容，新“二十四孝”语言直白（prosaic），贴近现实（be close to reality），既有传承（inheritance of old tradition），又有创新，充满着鲜活的时代元素（lively elements of the times），又不乏人文关怀（humanistic care）与公民情怀（feelings of a citizen）。其最大的进步和亮点（shining point）在于既符合老年人的实际生活需要，又体现了社会的发展，具有时代气息。 |
