汉族民间舞蹈中一种主要的表演形式。舞长绸在我国有着悠久的历史，如汉代即有《巾舞》。表演者手持带小木棒的长绸，在跳跃与行走中腾耍，变化出许多花样，舞台气氛热烈，舞者情绪高昂，彩绸飞舞充分占有舞台空间，显得绚丽多姿。
