定义

行政审批是指行政机关（包括有行政审批权的其他组织）根据自然人、法人或者其他组织提出的申请，经过依法审查，采取“批准”、“同意”、“年检”发放证照等方式，准予其从事特定活动、认可其资格资质、确认特定民事关系或者特定民事权利能力和行为能力的行为。
2012年8月22日，国务院决定取消和调整314项部门行政审批项目。2012年10月10日电，中国政府网公布了《国务院关于第六批取消和调整行政审批项目的决定》，经严格审核论证，国务院决定第六批取消和调整314项行政审批项目。2014年2月15日，国务院印发《国务院关于取消和下放一批行政审批项目的决定》，再次取消和下放64项行政审批事项和18个子项。2014年11月24日，国务院决定取消和下放58项行政审批项目，取消67项职业资格许可和认定事项，取消19项评比达标表彰项目，将82项工商登记前置审批事项调整或明确为后置审批。另建议取消和下放32项依据有关法律设立的行政审批和职业资格许可认定事项，将7项依据有关法律设立的工商登记前置审批事项改为后置审批，国务院将依照法定程序提请全国人民代表大会常务委员会修订相关法律规定。2016年2月19日，国务院日前印发《关于第二批取消152项中央指定地方实施行政审批事项的决定》，决定再取消一批中央指定地方实施行政审批事项。本次取消的事项，依据法律、法规和国务院决定设定的有65项；依据部门规章、规范性文件设定的有87项，涉及33个部门（行政审批.via:
