结跏趺坐【英】

To sit cross-legged

定义

一种修禅坐法。两足交叉置于左右大腿上，称“全跏趺坐”。左足置于右大腿上或右足置于左大腿上称“半跏趺坐”。

A sitting posture used for meditation. When two feet are crossed and resting on the left and right thighs, this is called the "full-lotus posture". When only the left foot rests on the right thigh or only the right foot rests on the left thigh, this is called the "half-lotus posture".
