Kunlun Slave

定义

“昆仑”一词，在中国古代除指昆仑山外还指黑色的东西。唐人沿用此义将黑色皮肤的人统称为昆仑人。此外，昆仑奴还有另外一种说法，指来自偏远地区的少数民族。

In ancient China, kunlun—besides referring to the Kunlun Mountain—also means “black things”. During the Tang Dynasty, people referred to dark skinned people as “Kunlunese”. Sometimes “Kunlun slave” means ethnic minorities from remote areas.
