Bodhisattva Samādhi Sutra

佛教经典，主旨在调和净土与般若等初期大乘两大类经典，宣传念佛三昧。认为念佛三昧是见佛的前提，也是修行佛道的菩萨的最主要的行业。

　This sutra aims to integrate the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra and the Sukhāvatīvyūha Sūtra, which are the earliest Mahayana sutras to advocate the practice of samādhi (meditation) in which the individual thinks intently of the appearance of the Buddha, or of the dharmakāya (the Buddha's true form), or repeats the Buddha's name. It claims that samādhi is founded on the idea of visualizing the Buddha, and also states what bodhisattvas should do in order to become buddhas.
