恩格斯著。中译本由中央编译局据《马克思恩格斯全集》德文版第20卷译出，人民出版社1974年发行单行本。《反杜林论》是第一次以论战的形式完整系统地阐述马克思主义基本原理的经典著作，写于1876—1878年。杜林是当时柏林大学讲师，1871—1875年间，他先后抛出《国民经济学和社会主义批判史》、《国民经济学和社会经济学教程》和《哲学教程》3部书，用形而上学、唯心史观反对辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义，用庸俗经济学观点歪曲马克思的剩余价值学说，用小资产阶级社会主义对抗科学社会主义。杜林打着社会主义“改革家”的旗号大吹大擂，在当时德国社会民主党内蒙蔽和欺骗了许多人，在思想上和组织上给革命事业造成了严重的危害。在马克思的支持下，恩格斯毅然中断了《自然辩证法》的研究和写作，立即转向对杜林的批判，写成《反杜林论》这部光辉著作。全书共分3编：哲学，政治经济学，社会主义。全书通过批判杜林的三部书，具体论述了马克思主义的哲学、政治经济学和科学社会主义三部分的内容及其内在联系，论证了马克思主义是以科学社会主义为核心，以哲学和政治经济学为理论基础的不可分割的完整学说。书前列有第1至3版的序言，分别说明写作和修改的原因和具体情况，指出本书是与马克思合作的产物等。恩格斯在书中对马克思主义的基本原理作了经典性的表述，是学习马克思主义基本理论的最佳教科书（王余光等，1999：1350）。
