Néng chī fēiqín yīkǒu, bù shí zǒushòu bàn jīn.

能吃飛禽一口, 不食走獸半斤。

Lit [It is better to be] able to eat one mouthful of fowl than to eat half a catty of beast [meat].

Fig Birds are much more tasty than other meats.
