人本主义逻辑，亦称“人本主义思辨逻辑”。主要内容可以概括为：从本体意义上理解感性和人以及二者的统一，以自然为前提和基础，以人为核心；揭示宗教异化的本质和秘密在于人的本质的异化，把神性归还给人性；人要在社会关系中才能实现自己的类本质；扬弃宗教异化，把人对神、上帝的爱，转移到人对人的爱，倡导建立人间的精神家园——“爱的宗教”（张敏，2011：68-69）。人本主义逻辑是青年马克思的重要思想概念，在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中表达最为突出，此时的马克思在局部方面已经超越费尔巴哈，但仍然停留在费尔巴哈哲学的范围内。《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中表现为“以抽象的人的本质为出发点的思辨逻辑”（即人本主义逻辑）和“以现实的经济事实为出发点的科学逻辑”（孙伯鍨，1986：177）。此时马克思对资本主义制度的批判，不是从客观历史规律的观点，而是从“人”的观点进行的，他满怀信心的批判私有制和雇佣劳动，并不是因为他发现了支配和制约着他们的客观规律，而是因为在费尔巴哈观点的启示下发现了“真正的人”。所以在他看来，私有财产所以应该遭到扬弃，并不是因为它和历史发展的规律矛盾，而是因为它和人的本质相矛盾。他把劳动规定为人的类本质，又根据人的类本质推演出本来意义上、非异化的劳动（自由自觉的活动），从而使劳动具有了超历史的、形而上学的性质。然后他又从这种抽象的、理想化的劳动出发，批判私有制下的现实的、具体的劳动，得出现实的劳动都是“异化劳动”的结论。显而易见，这种以抽象的人或者人的本质为出发点的思维逻辑，仍旧是思辨逻辑（孙伯鍨，1986：178），亦即是人本主义逻辑。
