Duo

定义

古代铜制打击乐器。多用于军旅。其形制略近于甬钟，但比钟小。柄短而呈方形。体腔内有舌或无舌。有舌者可摇击发声。舌分铜制与木制两种。铜舌者为金铎，木舌者为木铎。

A copper percussion instrument predominantly used in armies. With a short handle and a square outline, its shape slightly resembles a yong bell. It may, or may not, have a tongue or clapper in its body. If there is a clapper, shaking can produce sound. The clapper can be made either of copper or wood, so that one with a copper clapper is a metal duo, while the one with a wooden clapper is a wooden duo.
