Tianxiang Vestment

袈裟之一种，又名“田衣”、“水田袈裟”，即为有条相的袈裟，以紫或黑色条相将袈裟分成若干方块，形如田畔，故名。

It is a type of Buddhist vestment, also known as a tian garment or shuitian kasaya. It consists of patchwork divided by purple or black strips on the kasaya, resembling the character for field (tian田), thus the name.
