本真的存在，是指海德格尔提出的存在论思想。海德格尔认为，本真的存在并非不可能，人生来虽不可逃避地要处于在非本真存在中，并且我们中的大多数人从没有本真的存在过，但是并不意味着“此在”永远不可能回到本真中去。因为“此在”的本质具有超越性，人是能超越自身的，不仅能够超越有限性的束缚，而且具有“良知”能够领会自身存在的状态。“良知”能把人从沉沦中唤醒，使得人能发展各种可能性，不断更新、超越、丰富自己，成其所是，获得本己。海德格尔认为，人一生下来就是一个社会中人，离不开“常人”的日常生活世界，然而这并不意味着就永远被日常生活世界遮蔽其本真。作为“此在”的人的本性所具有的超越性，能够使人从其日常生活世界中走向本真的存在，摆脱外物和他人、技术的控制，“先行到死中去”，找到返回到自身的路，怀着一颗诗人的心灵去生活、去思、去筹划，而不是消极地逃避必有的死亡，继续躲藏在常人的琐碎的生活中，作为他者的角色而成为沉沦的“此在”（刘诗贵，2016：26-27）。海德格尔本真的存在思想对于我们具有重要意义，它可以提示我们时刻意识到自己的存在，日常生活中不应该随波逐流而迷失本己，应该经常反思“我是谁”、“我现在怎么样”、“我应该做什么好”。挣脱外在的“闲言”淹没，对于良知进行呼唤，发挥自己的主体能动性，去表存真，拥有更多机会发现本真的自己，找到属于自己的精神家园。
