定义

不矛盾律在思维过程中的反映，是保持思维一贯性，避免自相矛盾的规律。不矛盾律是同一律的深化和发展，它是从否定的形式(A不是非A)来表述思维的确定性。不矛盾律要求在同一思维过程中必须排除逻辑矛盾。思维的无矛盾性和思维的同一性是相互联系的（曹石权，1991：83）。在同一思维过程中，互相否定的思想不能同时都是真的，要防止违反不矛盾律而出现思维上的错误。如果思维前后不一致，发生逻辑矛盾，就不能正确地认识客观世界，不能对思维对象做出科学的分析，也就不能得出正确的科学结论。各项管理原则的贯彻实施，不仅体现了思维的同一性，而且也必须体现思维的无矛盾性（思维的无矛盾性.via：
