位于甘肃省庆阳县西峰市西南25公里处的董志塬蒲、茹两河交汇处东岸的夏钟山崖壁上。

It is a group of grottoes on the cliffs of Mount Xiazhong on the east bank of the junction of the Puhe River and the Ruhe River in Dongzhiyuan 25 km southwest of the city of Xifeng in Gansu Province.
