定义

家庭联产承包责任制即“联产计酬责任制”。它是我国农村集体经济组织普遍实行的生产责任制的一种形式。其基本内容是：在农村集体经济组织统一经营的前提下，将一定范围内的农、工、副业的产量或产值、工时、费用等分别包到组、户或劳动者个人。包产部分统一分配。超产受奖，减产受罚。它的具体形式有专业承包、联产到组、联产到户或联产到劳（陈永忠，1991：224）。其基本特征是：(1)承包经营。公有的基本生产资料如土地、草原、水面、工程设施等和劳动者直接结合，所有权归集体，承包者享有实际占有权和使用权。(2)统分结合。分散经营与统一管理相结合组织农业生产。(3)联产计酬。劳动成果的分配与各自的责、权、利相结合。从承包单位看，分为农户(或个人)承包和小组集体承包；从劳动成果的分配方法看，分为包产制和包干制。
