唐五代讲经文。系据《大方便佛报恩经》铺写而成。内容多故事情节和形象化说明，诗体部分往往用两首以上七言诗连缀运用，一般第一首用仄韵，第二首用平韵，大体上格律工整。由各种特征推断，本卷创作时期不早于中唐，抄写时期可能在晚唐五代。

A sutra preaching text from the Tang and Five Dynasties. Based on the Sutra on Requiting Parental Kindness (Da Fangbian Fo Bao’En Jing), the story features a clear plot and vivid language. As for the poems in the work, generally they are employed in a pattern where two seven-character poems appear successively, with the first poem rhymed in rising, falling, or dipping tones (ze yun) and the second in flat, level tones (ping yun); the poems are mostly of well-composed rhythmic patterns. Based on these features, this work can be dated back to no earlier than the mid-Tang, and the manuscript was probably hand-copied during the late Tang and Five Dynasties.
