1.事物中间距离远、空隙大，跟“密”相反 (of things) with large space or big intervals, antonym of "mì(dense)" ( comb. -疏 -shū sparse)：棉花种得太～了不好 Miánhuɑ zhòng de tài xīle bù hǎo.
