Rén néng kèjǐ, shēn wú huàn; shì bù qī xīn, shuì zì ān.

人能克己, 身無患; 事不欺心, 睡自安。

Lit If one can control oneself, one will never invite trouble; if one never does anything deceitful, one will sleep soundly.
