Gǔlái fāng ěr xià, shéi néng bù tūn gōu？

古來芳餌下, 誰能不吞鉤？

Lit Since time immemorial, [whenever there has been] fragrant bait [hung out], underneath [there has always been] someone unable [to resist] swallowing the hook.
