定义

青年黑格尔派是19世纪三四十年代从黑格尔哲学派分裂后产生的与“老年黑格尔派”相对立的自由派，又称“黑格尔左派”，是德国启蒙运动时期最具影响力的哲学派别之一。青年黑格尔派是的主要代表有施特劳斯、鲍威尔、施蒂纳、费尔巴哈等。激进的自由主义思想是青年黑格尔派思想的显著特征。青年黑格尔派反对黑格尔体系的保守倾向，力图从它的辩证方法中得出结论。在意识形态方面，青年黑格尔派坚持唯灵论和泛神论，认为上帝是一个普遍实体。青年黑格尔派还认为，上帝作为纯粹精神能够化身为基督，且这个基督是上帝在人类中的显现。青年黑格尔派的思想对宗教王权、封建制度、封建特权具有一定的削弱作用，在历史上具有一定的进步意义。施特劳斯的神话说、鲍威尔的“自我意识”观点、施蒂纳的“惟一者”的个人主义以及费尔巴哈的宗教批判学说都具有反封建的进步意义，尤其是费尔巴哈的宗教批判学说超出了青年黑格尔派的唯心主义人本主义，转到唯物主义人本学立场。马克思和恩格斯青年时期曾参加过青年黑格尔运动，但很快就摆脱了青年黑格尔派的影响，并对青年黑格尔派的思想作了深刻的分析、批判和清算。青年黑格尔派维持时间不长，后因德国政治形势的发展，其成员不同程度地与贵族政权妥协（金炳华，2003：125）。
